Lisa Bakota serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of TRES GROUP, LLC, an Idaho corporation she founded in 2021. In her capacity as CEO, Ms. Bakota provides consulting services related to business marketing strategies, market research, and the delivery of market and investment presentations to clients.
Before establishing TRES GROUP, Ms. Bakota accumulated over 14 years of experience providing investment advisory services while working with Harrison and Horlick, Inc., a California corporation. Additionally, her career spans more than two decades, during which she served as a strategic major account manager for Canon Solutions America and Konica Minolta Corporation. In these roles, she successfully collaborated with C-level executives to optimize operational efficiencies related to office technologies Ms. Bakota holds an MBA from California State University, Los Angeles, where she focused her studies on international marketing and management. She also maintains a California Real Estate Brokers License. In her commitment to community involvement, Ms. Bakota serves as a board member for the nonprofit organization We are G.A.M.E., Inc. This organization comprises a dedicated team of community members and is strongly committed to empowering student-athletes with the tools needed to navigate the world of college athletics. Currently, Ms. Bakota is pursuing a Ph.D., fulfilling a significant personal and professional goal.

Kelly Coglan, Legal Consultant
Kelly Coglan is a distinguished Legal Consultant with HBP Exploration LLC, bringing decades of legal expertise and a strong foundation in finance. Kelly earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Southern Methodist University, where he received several honors, including induction into the Order of the Coif. Licensed by the State Bar of Texas since 1978, Kelly is also admitted to practice before various federal courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court. His professional excellence is further recognized by an A/V rating from Martindale-Hubbell for legal competency and ethics since 1988.
A Life Fellow of both the Texas Bar Foundation and the Houston Bar Foundation, Kelly's legal acumen has been highlighted in numerous editions of Who’s Who in American Law and Who’s Who in America. Joe Govednik, Director of Project Management

In the aerospace sector, Joe managed the largest direct Boeing contract in his company's history, achieving Boeing Gold Supplier status for on-time deliveries and quality. He directed production, coordinated efforts across departments, and managed a $16.5 million annual budget. Joe was responsible for the entire product lifecycle, ensuring successful project completion and client satisfaction.
In the document management industry, Joe managed complete selling processes for office solutions, developed sales strategies, and managed commercial and government accounts in Los Angeles County. His project management skills were key in analyzing business needs, developing solutions-based sales strategies, and executing projects that met client requirements.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Alaska, Fairbanks, and a Project Management Certificate from the University of California, Dominguez Hills. He is also a member of the Program Management Institute.
